Meet the Team
Jessica Kado, M.D.
Dr. Kado is a double board-certified dermatologist, with board certifications in Dermatology and Micrographic Surgery & Dermatologic Oncology. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, specializing in advanced skin cancer treatment and Mohs micrographic surgery.
Dr. Kado attended Wayne State University School of Medicine and went on to complete her fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at Cleveland Clinic, one of the nation's leading medical centers.
Beyond her impressive medical background, Dr. Kado is passionate about providing thoughtful, personalized care to every patient. She believes in taking the time to listen, educate, and help patients feel confident in their treatment decisions.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Kado stays busy as a mom of six children, who keep her laughing, learning, and always on the go. When she isn't caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and making memories together.
We are honored to have Dr. Kado help bring exceptional dermatologic and Mohs surgical care to Howell and the surrounding Livingston County community.
Kaitlyn Shaw, PA-C
I'm a Physician Assistant who has been working in dermatology for the past five years, and I absolutely love what I do. Helping people feel comfortable and confident in their skin is the best part of my job. Whether you're here for acne, eczema, a skin check, a rash, or just something that doesn't seem quite right, I'm here to help—without the stress or rushed appointments.
I graduated from the University of Michigan's Physician Assistant Program and have been lucky enough to spend my career doing exactly what I love. I am so excited to care for the Howell and surrounding Livingston County communities and provide a place where patients feel welcomed, listened to, and truly cared for. I look forward to building relationships with my patients and their families and becoming a trusted part of this community.
When I'm not in the office, you'll probably find me out on the lake, hanging out with my husband and family, or chasing around our two dogs.
